We are currently looking for a Commercial Director to join our senior team in Dubai and take ownership of our commercial relationships in the Middle East.

The Role

As the Commercial Director, you will maximise the acquisition and retention of FDB customers in the Middle East.

Collaborating with our UK-based Marketing, Product Development and Account Management teams, you will cultivate and develop strong relationships with strategic customers and partners to drive revenue and grow income.

Additionally, you will:

- Deliver an excellent service to key decision-makers within care providers, as well as local technology/commercial partners
- Create robust commercial propositions which are profitable to FDB and deliver value to customers
- Help to develop a marketing toolkit and collateral to support sales activities
- Create and maintain new sales and existing revenue forecasts

About You

To join us as our Commercial Director, you will need:

- Sales experience within the healthcare sector, ideally including selling complex solution-based propositions
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal
- The ability to lead on tender and contract development
- To be a confident negotiator with strong commercial acumen
- The willingness to frequently travel across the Middle East
- A degree level qualification in a life science or commercial subject

The Role

As a Product Analyst, you will help to manage the quality of our software implementations and ensure our solutions maintain their market position. 

Helping to drive customer and user satisfaction, you will: 

- Manage the delivery of software solution implementations with new channel partners
- Provide systematic tracking, analysis and reporting on the market, as well as customer and user intelligence
- Maintain systems to track, report and build on market and customer feedback
- Support in resolution of any product bugs and deliver service enhancements
- Provide a second line technical support service 

About You 

To join us as a Product Analyst, you will need: 

- Experience in a customer-facing technical or analytical support role 
- Great time-management skills 
- A logical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of IT within the healthcare sector would be beneficial, as would a degree level qualification or experience with data and trend analysis.

This is a great opportunity to join us as a Technical Product Architect and help drive the quality of our solutions to meet market needs.

As a Technical Product Architect, you will: 

- Support the delivery of robust, and well thought out software solutions within time and budget constraints 
- Gather and interpret customer requirements and manage the delivery of AGILE software developments
- Manage the delivery and direction of product developments and software enhancements in co-ordination with the business and delivery teams
- Oversee product feature requests and bug fix backlogs, co-ordinating prioritisation and refinement 
- Co-ordinate with internal and external SMEs to develop the design, technical development and technical implementation requirements of software products
- Develop prototypes and designs to inform discussions 

To join us as a Technical Product Architect, you will need:

- Experience in a technical or product delivery role
- Project management experience and/or qualifications
- Experience of Agile and/or Scrum methodologies and backlog management
- Excellent analytical and research skills

Experience of any of the following would also be beneficial: working within a healthcare or software development organisation or the NHS/public sector, technical software and database design, Agile development in Cloud based technologies, technical product lifecycle planning and/or migrating customers to new technologies.

Now, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated full stack Software Developer / Tester to work with our SaaS and cloud-based software solutions.

As a Software Developer / Tester, you will:

– Develop software following the Scrum methodology
– Adhere to SOLID design principles
– Analyse, design, develop and test software applications
– Maintain our SaaS and cloud-based software solutions
– Ensure products meet the requirements of new and existing customers’ prescribing systems
– Work with cross-functional project teams to discuss technical issues

Interested? If so, you will need proven experience as a Developer, utilising some of the following skills:

– Analysis and design
– C#
– .NET frameworks
– SOLID principles
– TSQL
– Test automation
– TDD
– BDD
– Refactoring
– Unit Testing, preferably using Nunit
– JavaScript frameworks, such as Knockout JS
– ORM, such as Entity framework

Ideally, you’ll have a degree level qualification in an IT related discipline, but this is not essential. Experience in the healthcare industry would also be a benefit, as would experience in commercial C# projects.
