We are now looking for a Project Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for successfully delivering a range of projects that are focused on enhancing clinical information systems.

Providing an environment of collaboration, you will oversee all aspects of the project, from planning and developing cost estimates, to setting objectives and expectations then delivering on project commitments.

You will work with agile software development teams, clinical content teams and product owners to manage a backlog of work, making full and effective use of the resources and budget available. You will build strong relationships with the project board members, other stakeholders, and other supporting teams. You will report on project activity and status at various levels and forums.

Additionally, you will organise project work to mitigate risk and uncertainty and maximise return on investment, whilst ensuring the identification, logging, and active management and governance of issues, risks and changes.

About You

To join us as a Project Manager, you will need:

- PRINCE2 Practitioner, PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner, (PMI) PMP, or equivalent certification
- A higher qualification in Project or Business Management
- Experience managing projects adhering to standards ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO25000, ISO20000, ITIL
- Good financial planning and management experience
- The ability to use Microsoft 365®? tools to collect, analyse and present project statistics and status to all management levels
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- The ability to produce and control formal business documentation, such as business cases and other project management documentation
- Excellent planning and organisation skills – managing time and deadlines of a project team
- Experience of working in Primary or Secondary Care settings would be desirable, as would experience of developing cloud-based solutions

The Role

As a Database Developer, you will contribute to the design, development and maintenance of our OptimiseRx Software solution for both internal and external deployments.

Working on the data warehouse, analytics and reporting implementations of the product, you will ensure that we innovate in order to move the solution forward whilst working in collaboration with other developers, Product Team members, Data Analysts and other areas of the business.

You will design, develop and test database applications for our range of business systems participating in agile development and positively contributing to continuous improvement. Liaising with both internal and external customers, you will make note of their requirements in the form of user stories and supporting analysis.

Additionally, you will:

- Provide resource estimates and progress updates
- Ensure that the product continues to meet requirements
- Provide support for both the Agile development process and associated technical working practices

About You

To join us as a Database Developer, you will need:

- Evidence of high-level participation in database-oriented commercial projects
- Knowledge of relational database analysis and design
- Experience in performance tuning
- Proficiency in T-SQL development in Microsoft SQL Server from versions 2008R2+
- Proficiency in SSIS, SSRS and SSAS development
- Data warehousing and data analytics expertise
- Data visualisation platform development skills e.g. PowerBI/Tableau

Ideally, you will be educated to at least degree level with an IT related qualification.

Experience in any of the following would also be beneficial: Machine learning, artificial intelligence, databricks or azure data factory, SQL Test, PowerShell, Azure or AWS, and Agile or Scrum development methodologies.

Some C++ and/or C# experience would be advantageous, as would experience in the healthcare industry.

The Role
As a Database Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Multilex Software solution for both internal and external deployments.

Reporting to the Technical Lead, you will design, develop and test database applications for our range of business systems. You will perform structured testing which will include design reviews, code walkthroughs and inspections.

You will liaise with both internal and external customers and make note of their requirements in the form of user stories and supporting analysis. You will also undertake maintenance and 'business as usual' activities including the electronic preparation and publication of content, database administration and the resolution of data errors.

Additionally, you will:

- Work closely and collaboratively with the Multilex team at all times
- Participate in agile development and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes
- Provide resource estimates and progress updates
- Improve the solution and proactively suggest innovative, effort-saving solutions to business problems

About You
To join us as a Database Developer, you will need:
